FAQ's

If we haven't covered a question you may have be it big or small please give us a call or email and we will get back to you asap.
  • Do you accept returns?  Unfortunately we don not accept returns. 

  • Can you change the design?  Colours / wording and fonts can be changed but if the overall design is changed we would need to charge for a bespoke design service.

  • Can I see a proof? Yes. This will be sent via email for you to check before printing commences.

  • What do I need to check on the proof? Everything including all spelling, grammar, dates, times, addresses and contact numbers

  • Is there a minimum order?  We will try to accommodate your requests

  • How long will my order take?  ?

  • Other finishes? Yes but we would need to include as additional costs

  • How many invites should I order? One invite per couple or household, but  if you want an invite for each individual that's ok too. We would advise to add a few spare just incase

  • Will I receive a proof? Yes this will be sent via email for you to check before printing commences

  • Oop's I've found a mistake? We ask that you check for any mistakes before print, if however you find something that you have overlooked we will however do our best to arrange a new print at cost.

  • When should I place an order? Save the date is usually posted out about 9-12 months before you wedding day, Invitations about  4-8 months before your wedding day and RSVP about 8 weeks before.

  • When do I pay how do I pay? Once you have confirmed your order we will take a 50% deposit the remainder will need to be paid before printing commences (an invoice will be issued to remind you). You can pay either by Paypal or Bank Transfer
